How to stay happy AFTER WORK
Hello fellas,
Thanks for reachingy blog, ok let's cut the crap and straight to the point.
If you ever felt sad or depressed after a full day of work, and want to be happy then you are in the right place to read.
Because I have felt the same many times in my work career.
Most of the time the reason of after work depression are
1. Too much work compare to your salary.
2. Bad behaviour of your superior.
3. You are not satisfied with your work.
Ok so these are the most common reasons of daily after work depression.
There are others but these three are common in most cases , honestly for case also.
Without wasting much time I will go to the direct short solutions how I tackle this kind of situations.
SOLUTION FOR
1. Too much work compare to your salary.
I work too hard to complete my quota or works assigned to me , but it feels tough when I see others with more salary than me working very less and living a great life.
That time I tell myself I don't give a damn what others do , the important thing is what I am doing that is my decision.
And I have to live up to it until I get a new job. And this all depends on me.
So better I should do my work the way I want and make a chance for a new job where I can earn more the way I want.
It's all upto myself.
So no need to get depress because of this.
SOLUTION FOR
2. Bad behaviour of your superior.
People have there own personality,I can't change them, but what I can do is I can let them know that I do not like there behaviour, that's it.
I am professional, if the superior says something bad to me I have full rights to let him know that what he or she said it's not likable.
And beside that I should't take them personally,if they make a bad behaviour that's effects on their character.
SOLUTION FOR
3. You are not satisfied with your work
Many times it happens that I am not happy with my work which I have done that day.
I think I could have done it better or I could have done more than that.
In this case the most important thing is to collect yourself don't get depressed and plan for tomorrow.
In this case I always plan for tomorrow that tomorrow I will cover the amount of work which I could have done today.
When the planning is done I get a lot of positive vibe for tomorrow's work.
And wallahhhh. Next day it works seamlessly.
